Auto Trading

Auto trading lets PolyX automatically buy into Polymarket’s short-cycle up/down markets (5m, 15m, 1h) when conditions match your configured filters. You set the rules — PolyX watches the market and executes.

How It Works

Polymarket runs recurring up/down markets for tokens like BTC, ETH, SOL, and others. Each market resolves after a fixed cycle (5 minutes, 15 minutes, or 1 hour). Auto trading monitors these markets in real time and places a buy order when:
  1. The token matches your selected tokens (e.g., BTC, ETH)
  2. The cycle matches your selected cycles (e.g., 5m, 15m)
  3. The trade happens within your entry window (e.g., last 35 seconds before resolution)
  4. The price is within your configured range (e.g., 70c-92c)
When all conditions are met, PolyX buys the outcome token at the current price.

Configuration Parameters

Tokens

Select which tokens to trade. Available tokens: BTC, ETH, SOL, DOGE, XRP, HYPE, BNB. You can enable or disable individual tokens from the picker.

Cycles

Select which market cycles to monitor: 5m, 15m, 1h. Shorter cycles have more frequent opportunities but tighter timing.

Price Range (Min/Max)

The minimum and maximum price in cents (1-99) for the outcome token. Only trades where the price falls within this range will trigger a buy.
  • High range (e.g., 70-92c): Buys outcomes the market considers likely. Higher win rate, lower payout.
  • Low range (e.g., 26-35c): Buys outcomes the market considers unlikely. Lower win rate, higher payout.

Entry Window (Seconds Before Close)

How many seconds before market resolution the bot is allowed to enter. A smaller window means more certainty about the outcome but fewer opportunities. A larger window gives more chances but at less predictable prices.

Amount Per Trade

The fixed dollar amount PolyX spends on each trade.

Managing Configs

From the config detail screen:
  • Start / Pause — toggle the config on or off
  • Edit parameters — tap any parameter button to update tokens, cycles, price range, entry window, or amount
  • Rename — give the config a custom name
  • Delete — permanently remove the config

Bulk Actions

From the auto trading dashboard:
  • Pause All — pauses every active config
  • Start All — starts every paused config
  • Delete All — permanently removes all configs
Each bulk action asks for confirmation before executing.

Auto-Claim

When your auto trading positions resolve as winners, PolyX automatically claims the winnings back to your wallet. No manual action needed.

Insufficient Balance

If your wallet runs out of funds, PolyX pauses the config automatically. You’ll receive a notification with a deposit link. After depositing, restart the config manually from the detail screen.
